Our approach
We are unique in that we work directly with Buyers and Sellers of Commercial and Single family homes.  We locate properties which we either close on ourselves or which we sell to one of our cash buyers. Our cash buyers are business owners and real estate investors. Through our internal marketing for cash buyers and our cooperative network of investors with cash buyers we have access to thousands of cash buyers who have proven ability to close on properties.   Our sellers are owners of non-listed commercial real estate properties who would like to sell but do not want to use a real estate broker nor do they want to pay a commission.  We Deal directly with Wholesalers, bank owned, and short sale properties for an even deeper discount.
