All buyers need to have unencumbered available funds in a United States Bank, verified by that institution. Homeland Acquisitions unlike many other paid sites do not charge monthly fees or recurring charges to be members. What we have in place is a vigorous protocol. The main purpose for this vigorous protocol is to discourage window shoppers and long chains of Intermediaries from using our available products as their own and taking them shopping. We have found that this discourages those not authorized to buy or sell. We try to deal with principles only, but will deal with Buyer Reps that are pre-approved and authorized by their Buyers.
